About the Job
Viega GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, including installers, consultants, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on Viega products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the VVS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of Viega products and solutions, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
