About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and profit expansion by spearheading technical sales initiatives in Denmark and Norway within overground construction, specializing in floors, rafts, housing, and pavements.
Your Impact
- Grow business by managing prospects and leads for construction projects, prioritizing based on size and sales potential.
- Lead the sales process from needs analysis to deal closure, including price setting and negotiation.
- Develop comprehensive market insights, understanding customers, products, applications, and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective lead and customer management.
- Support industry improvement initiatives and contribute to new product development.
- Deliver presentations and maintain CRM records accurately.
About You
Essential Skills & Competencies
- You are a technical sales representative with a solid understanding of technical principles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with budget management experience.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Willing to travel.
