Job Description

As a key member of the Doka team, you will be responsible for driving the industrial scaffolding strategy across the region, encompassing Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to expand the scaffolding business, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional scaffolding strategy, focusing on collaboration with existing Doka country entities.
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence and safety within the operating team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and project managers, to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Screen business potentials by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and project requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate pre-qualification processes, approach potential clients, and ensure successful pre-qualification of the company.
  • Review and fulfill necessary requirements for specific projects, including approvals, permits, and licenses.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project managers, following up on project pipeline and customer visits.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of sales and business development experience in scaffolding.
  • Successful track record of regional expansion and management.
  • Sound knowledge of scaffolding systems and standards, ideally Ringlock systems.
  • Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong sales fundamentals and skills, including listening, probing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with internal and external clients.
