Job Overview

Brightvision is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of a comprehensive project management framework that aligns with our long-term strategic goals. As the Head of Project Management and Customer Success, you will collaborate with our Leadership team to drive operational excellence and customer-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a project management framework that supports our company vision and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the Head of Outbound Marketing to ensure project management practices contribute to the broader company vision.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes and methodologies, identifying tools that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Onboard, mentor, and guide project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to 'Wow' our customers and leverage memorable customer experiences to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • A CX advocate who understands how to strike a balance between customer needs and business goals.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, particularly in integrating automation and new technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Some exposure to Revenue Operations and EOS methodologies.
  • The ability to demand, assess, and leverage data to improve business and customer outcomes.
