Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the North Europe region. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and onboard new customers to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
- Provide expert guidance and support to our customers to maximize the benefits of our platform.
- Work closely with our customers to develop and implement strategies that align with their business goals.
- Proactively manage customer relationships to identify potential churn risks and develop retention strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within our existing customer base through expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform internal product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.

- Negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree is a plus.
