Job Description

At Boeing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a key member of our Customer Success Service Management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Professionals and driving premium support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of highly skilled and passionate Customer Success Service Professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Work with local and regional teams to continuously review lessons learned and identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support Solutions Consulting, Sales, Implementation, Software Development, and other supporting organizations with product and process knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform.
  • Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Familiar with Customer Success and the LAER Model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
  • Strong Passion for Customers with a Services-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in customer management negotiation and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Premium Support and customer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other technical computing or business discipline.
  • 5 years of aviation industry experience.
  • Previous experience with International business and/or multi-cultural environments.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
