Job Description

We are seeking a German speaking Partner Support Representative to join our Partner Support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our partners and customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone, chat, and email support to partners and customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as database management and invoice cases.
  • Register, handle deviations, and follow up on work.
  • Find solutions to partners' and customers' questions and problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native German language skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills to solve any problems that may arise.
  • A can-do attitude and a positive attitude.
Desired Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven records of at least one year of successful customer service and/or support experience.
