Job Description

If so, the role of Customer Technical Support in our Web Hosting team may be your next opportunity

About the Role

As a Customer Technical Support specialist, you will work with our web hosting customers, handling both incoming phone calls and issues in Tnow, ensuring that customer issues are handled, managed, and followed up on - regardless of scope and complexity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web hosting customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone and email
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and customer-focused. You enjoy challenges, problem-solving, and want to make a difference. You prefer to call and talk to customers rather than email. You appreciate an open work environment where we share successes and setbacks.

You enjoy taking on new challenges and are analytical and meticulous in your work. You are detail-oriented and enjoy performing tasks thoroughly. You strive to develop yourself and others. You should be technically interested and have previous experience in customer service and/or support.

A strong understanding of Telia's support processes and products is a plus, but not a requirement. We value your personal qualities more than your formal background. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required for the role.
