About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced City Specialist to join our team at Cosentino. As a City Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and developing relationships with design firms in the area.

Your primary goal will be to identify and convert sales leads into projects, while also enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals, and your ability to network and find business through events hosted at our City Center and showrooms is crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage every customer, providing the best customer experience and developing long-term relationships.
  • Assist walk-ins and customers with appointments, providing support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Develop and build relationships with design firms, managing the relationship through face-to-face visits and generating sales through them.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock, and highlighting potential stock issues.
  • Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the City Center and leads.
  • Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • 1+ year of experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Knowledge of the building or decoration market.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
