Job Overview

Brightvision is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Customer Success. This newly-created position will focus on two key areas - Project Management and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. They will be a CX advocate who understands how to strike a balance between customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive project management framework that aligns with Brightvision's long-term strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the Head of Outbound Marketing to ensure that project management practices contribute to the broader company vision, supporting both operational excellence and customer-centric outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes and methodologies, identifying tools that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Onboard, mentor, and guide project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to 'Wow' customers and leverage memorable customer experiences to drive growth.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
