- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to tailor outbound marketing efforts.
- Plan and deliver profitable multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Create, amend, and develop prospect data lists to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
- Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client success initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client deliverables.
- Drive client retention and renewal strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing methodologies, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
- Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing/Inside Sales.
- Strong background in digital marketing and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership experience of a few years.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in customer success, preferably within the tech industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- In-depth understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound multi-channel marketing methodologies.
- Experience in creating and managing prospect data lists.
