About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success and Growth Strategist to join our team at Brightvision, a B2B growth marketing agency specializing in results-driven marketing for tech companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and campaigns that balance client needs with our objectives, monitoring profitability, performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor, and understanding their Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas.
  • Plan and execute profitable multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns, aligning with client goals and ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance client success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and manage prospect data lists, optimizing outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Drive client retention and renewal strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B telemarketing/inside sales and previous work in marketing agencies.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, project management, and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • In-depth understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and outbound multi-channel marketing methodologies.
