About the Role

Brightvision AB is seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead our project management efforts and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management Framework Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to design and implement a project management framework that ensures efficient project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality results.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they meet our company's standards and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Customer Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and foster a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading project management teams.
  • CX Advocacy: Strong understanding of customer experience principles and ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Methodologies and Tools: Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Leadership and People Management: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to demand, assess, and leverage data to improve business and customer outcomes.
