About the Role

As a Site Manager at Instabee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our terminal, fleet, and driver teams to ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining cost efficiency. You will empower your team to take ownership of their duties, develop their skills, and work towards high customer satisfaction and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify problems in daily operations to implement improvements
  • Develop and implement tactical and strategic activities to align with Instabee's long-term goals
  • Lead, coach, and follow up with employees to ensure effective task completion
  • Manage sorting and driving operations to meet delivery deadlines and maintain quality
  • Identify and manage cost drivers to achieve a cost-effective business
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure cost efficiency and motivation
  • Ensure employee safety and provide a positive work environment
  • Recruit, retain, and develop staff, including performance reviews
  • Manage the site's budget and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in managing a team of XXX people. You should have a strategic mindset, be comfortable with fast-paced environments, and have experience in handling staff issues, developing staff skills, and creating a successful culture.

  • 5+ years of experience as a successful leader in a similar role, preferably in a growing or production-oriented business
  • Strategic mindset and ability to develop creative solutions
  • Experience in handling staff issues, developing staff skills, and creating a successful culture
  • Union negotiation expertise and experience in occupational health and safety is a plus
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
