Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to building expertise within the battery segment and understanding the complete supply chain, with a focus on battery systems.
- Host strategic partners and contribute to the battery ecosystem, driving the strategic agenda internally and externally.
- Perform activities required for the portfolio, including enabling and building partnerships, negotiations, project implementation, crisis and risk management, sustainability activities, and total cost optimization.
- Lead all purchasing activities related to supplier involvement in technology development projects.
- Deliver defined KPIs on time and in accordance with set targets.
- Secure supplier QDCFTSR performance, ensuring quality, delivery, cost, feature, technology, sustainability, and risk management.
- Ensure strong and efficient collaboration with a large internal network.
- Strong interest in the battery industry and its ecosystem.
- Collaborative mindset and strong strategic understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with counterparts.
- Driven, responsible, and accountable for deliveries.
- Purchasing professional with experience in the battery cell industry within the automotive sector.
- Adequate academic education.
