Sales Manager Overground Construction Specialist Denmark and Norway

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead technical sales initiatives in Denmark and Norway within overground construction, specializing in floors, rafts, housing, and pavements. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical sales representative with a solid understanding of technical principles to drive sales and profit expansion.
About the RoleThis key position will be responsible for managing prospects and leads for construction projects, prioritizing based on size and sales potential. You will lead the sales process from needs analysis to deal closure, including price setting and negotiation. Your comprehensive market insights will inform strategic decision-making, and you will collaborate with internal teams for effective lead and customer management.
You will also support industry improvement initiatives, contribute to new product development, and deliver presentations. As a key member of our team, you will maintain CRM records accurately and provide valuable input to drive business growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of technical principles and a solid background in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An analytical mindset with budget management experience.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- The ability to travel regularly.
