Retail Sales Development Manager Nordics

As a Retail Sales Development Executive in the Nordics, you will be responsible for driving significant new business across our portfolio within the region. Your primary objective will be to achieve quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that can add incremental revenue for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the retail industry, including its various segments, markets, and clusters, to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Client Growth: Drive client growth by expanding our client base among retailers and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to proactively seek opportunities to offer additional services.
- Business Development: Focus on strategic business development, leveraging our entire portfolio to grow revenue and services across our solutions and brands, targeting a long tail of retailers operating in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and introduce our services and benefits to key stakeholders across buying centers of existing Retail Partners and Key Prospects, applying winning strategic selling techniques such as stakeholder mapping and competitive intelligence.
- RFP Management: Manage RFPs from need assessment to pitch presentations and negotiation, collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, ADs, and our brands and solutions to answer key business questions of retailers with integrated solutions.
- Winning Strategies: Proactively win retailers currently not benefiting from our assets when making decisions and secure key retailers for our Retail Partner Program.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective and meaningful relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, to maximize business opportunities.
