Job Description

The Retail Sales Development Executive Nordics will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across our portfolio in the region. This individual will be responsible for achieving quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the retail industry, including its various segments, markets, and clusters.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive client growth and identify opportunities to offer additional services.
  • Business Expansion: Leverage our portfolio to expand our presence in the Nordics market, focusing on strategic business development and targeting a long tail of retailers.
  • Strategic Selling: Apply winning strategic selling techniques to introduce our services and benefits to key stakeholders and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers, ADs, and our brands and solutions, to manage RFPs and deliver integrated solutions to retailers.
