- This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Nordic HQ team in central Stockholm and drive business development and key account management in retail channels.">
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in retail markets across Finland and Iceland, working closely with distributor partners to achieve sales targets.">
- IDentify whitespace opportunities and build our E-commerce business in Sweden, the region's largest retail market.">
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.">
- Take the Nordics business to the next level by driving growth and seizing new opportunities in existing business and new whitespace.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered a plus.">
- +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Business Development/Key Account Management; experience from FMCG Retail is a plus.">
- Experience with Distributors, E-commerce, Whitespace, Nordic countries, and Retail channels.">
- We are looking for a person with a genuine passion and interest in sales management and business development with strong project management skills.">
- Language skills: fluent in English, both written and oral; Nordic language is a plus.">
- Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.">
