About the Position

The Commercial Performance Director will be responsible for developing and implementing our commission model and process. This involves working closely with sales teams to set commercial targets and quotas, and planning commission schemes for different markets.

Main Responsibilities

  2. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders regarding the commission model and process.
  3. Team Management: Manage one colleague within the team.
Requirements
  • Business Expertise: Strong business expertise to drive commercial success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to anchor, explain, and convince stakeholders effectively.
  • Education: Academic background in finance, business administration, or industrial economics.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales controlling or management consulting, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
