Job Description
As Regional Sales Director Sweden, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding Ejendals' business in Sweden, ensuring profitability, customer engagement, and market growth.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficient and profitable planning and delivery of sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
2. Manage and integrate new businesses into Sweden, excelling overall business performance.
3. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success.
4. Plan and participate in strategic business negotiations and deals.
5. Act as a member of the international commercial leadership team and contribute to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth.
Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Genuine experience in sales leadership, primarily in B2B industries.
2. Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams.
4. Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
5. Experience managing a P&L in a competitive market.
