We are seeking an experienced business development director to lead our sales efforts in Stockholm.

About the Role

As a financial sales director, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and selling cash management, FX hedging, and payment products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using Ebury's product suite.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals in the FX industry. You should be able to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Originate new business targeting high-value client prospects
  • Sell a range of financial products including cash management, FX hedging, and payment services
  • Build deep understanding of clients' businesses, strategies, and challenges to deliver the best Ebury solution
  • Support our client relationship/servicing culture through ongoing customer contact
