Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Services Executive to join our team, responsible for identifying loyalty sales opportunities among financial institutions in Northern Europe. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Platform/SaaS sales or sales in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in the Northern European region.
  2. Assist banks in redefining their loyalty strategies to achieve better business results.
  3. Develop persuasive sales narratives, technical solutions, and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models.
  4. Support markets objectives by tailoring and deploying solutions on a market-wide basis when possible.
  5. Facilitate deal closures through contracting and pricing approvals.
  6. Provide client and market feedback loop to internal functions (e.g., product, marketing) on tools and programs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post-graduate degree recommended.
  • Hands-on experience in Platform/SaaS sales or sales in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Swedish.
  • Dynamic and ambitious sales expert with high energy.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, good level of financial and technical acumen, and extensive experience in loyalty and loyalty program management.
