Sales and IT Delivery

We are looking for a Sales and IT Delivery expert who wants to be part of our team.

The ideal candidate will have good technical and commercial understanding, knowledge of/experience from the Collection business, and excellent customer relations skills.

Job Description

You will be responsible for securing our relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and growth on existing customer base.

This includes being the main contact/overall responsible for Customer relationship on existing customers, working closely with existing customers to secure that they get the most out of our solutions, and ensuring customer loyalty.

You will also play an important role in handling and responding to customer's day-to-day inquiries, and be the project manager for customer projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree, or a similar educational background
  • Good technical and commercial understanding
  • Knowledge of/experience from the Collection business
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
