We're seeking a talented Technical Account Manager to join our team, with a focus on the manufacturing industry. As a key member of our Customer Advisory team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative technical solutions.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry, with experience in creating close partnerships with customers and driving them forward with an innovating mindset. You'll be working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using SAS products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the manufacturing industry.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using SAS products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field related to the area of assignment.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing value chain functions such as Inbound Logistics, Operations, Outbound Logistics, Marketing & Sales & Service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
If you have:
- Experience in driving software sales opportunities, both as technical lead and managing customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and understanding of the principles of predictive analytics and machine learning.
