Senior Technical Advisor for Strategic Accounts

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Your goal will be to help them achieve maximum value from AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with engineering/technology teams for large customers or a major segment of a large entity
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
- Provide advocacy and technical guidance to plan and build solutions
- Represent AWS within the customer's environment and drive discussions with senior leadership
Requirements:
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in multiple technical domains
- Working knowledge of AWS services and/or other cloud offerings
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Leadership experience with internal teams or external customer-facing roles
