Crafting Strategies for AWS Customer Success

At ENGINEERINGUK, we strive to provide world-class support to our large enterprise customers. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies, believing that exceptional support is crucial to customer success.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Your goal will be to help them achieve maximum value from AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineering/technology teams for large customers or a major segment of a large entity
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide advocacy and technical guidance to plan and build solutions
  • Represent AWS within the customer's environment and drive discussions with senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in multiple technical domains
  • Working knowledge of AWS services and/or other cloud offerings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership experience with internal teams or external customer-facing roles
