Customer Relationship Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for securing relationships, customer satisfaction, and growth on existing customer bases. You will serve as the main contact and overall responsible for Customer relationship on existing customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for agreements, including renewal, commercials, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring solid contracts are in place.
You will work closely with existing customers to ensure they get the most out of our solutions and maintain customer loyalty. Your tasks will include marketing additional services, licenses, and securing successful deliveries. You will also facilitate important meetings with customers in relation to strategic and tactical matters and play an essential role in handling and responding to customers' day-to-day inquiries.
You will be the project manager for customer projects, taking ownership and demonstrating responsibility in organizing your work and solving tasks. As a passionate, proactive, and driven Service Delivery Manager, you will want to make an impact, someone with enthusiasm who doesn't settle for 'good enough' and always seeks solutions and sees potential beyond expectations.
