Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at BYD Sweden AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and plans, with a primary focus on visiting retail stores.

The Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting regular visits to retail locations to support and motivate the sales team.
  2. Providing product demonstrations and sales support to drive sales performance.
  3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners.
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
  3. Ability to work with teams from various countries and cultural backgrounds.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  5. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
