About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Sweden Branch) team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and executing a Partner go-to-market strategy for a set of customers in your territory and managing a pipeline of co-sell opportunities to reach your target.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Build the Partner Strategy for the Enterprise target markets in Sweden, in line with the AWS strategic direction.
  • Define Partner Ecosystem: Define partner ecosystem and relevant partner solutions to address key customer use cases, which accelerate innovation and cloud adoption for our customers.
  • Coordinate Business Plan Execution: Coordinate and drive execution of the business plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. account teams, solution architects, business development teams, marketing, etc.).
  • Manage Co-Sell Engagements: Manage and drive joint co-sell engagements between consulting partners, technology partners, Account Management, and Partner Development team.
  • Develop Pipeline: Work with AWS account teams in a highly collaborative operating model to develop pipeline.
  • Support Partners: Collaborate with partner bid desk teams to support partners on how to best leverage APN programs, solution support, and pricing constructs.
  • Liaise with Partners: Liaise with the Partner's field sales organization, channels, and end customers to help create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
  • Ensure Partner Preference: Ensure that AWS is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all product lines.
  • Prepare Business Reviews: Prepare and lead business reviews to the senior management team.
  • Support Contract Negotiations: Provide support during contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.
