Sales and Operational Leader

As a Sales and Operational Leader, you will be responsible for leading our store team in driving performance and achieving targets. Your primary focus will be on coaching, motivating, and analyzing sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and motivate the sales team to meet assigned sales, delivery, and productivity goals through customer EV education and product knowledge, delivering excellent service and merchandise presentation and promotion.
- Train and develop the team on sales and delivery processes, ensuring they are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.
- Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies and partner with Marketing to identify local marketing and event opportunities to drive sales.
- Set individual goals for your team, ensuring goals are aligned with store goals.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams within Retail Sales and operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both in English and Swedish.
