Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Leader for Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's goals, building relationships with potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals to meet our strategic targets.

You will lead contract negotiation with bid teams, execute go-to-market plans together with sales and marketing teams, and maintain relationships with potential customers until handover to Delivery. Your key tasks will include providing leadership in sales processes, developing and closing contracts and project statements of work with customers, and contributing to thought leadership in the Payments area.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a successful track record of winning new strategic long-term deals, experience and understanding of the cash management or transaction banking business domain, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
