Professional Sales Role for Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team in Stockholm. As a senior sales executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth for scale-ups, mid-market organizations, and category leaders in the Professional Services sector.

This is a senior role with massive impact, and it is a hybrid role based out of our Stockholm office. Your mission will be to sell Unit4's ERP Financial and HCM solutions, win new logos, and help our clients unlock their true potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a winning sales strategy to achieve ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
  • Qualify leads effectively and engage key decision-makers with a consultative approach.
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles from start to finish, leveraging cross-functional teams to close big deals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, focusing on their core challenges and business outcomes.
  • Help prospects see the value of our solutions and turn skeptics into believers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and master our technology.

Requirements:

  • You have 8–10+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions, with a proven track record in ERP or financial SaaS sales.
  • You possess strong knowledge of the Professional Services sector and its unique needs.
  • Business processes are second nature to you, and you can navigate them with ease.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, inspiring confidence in your ability to deliver results.
  • You're a team player with a hunter's mindset, always looking for that next big win.
  • You're comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives, turning challenges into opportunities.
