Du ska analysera kunddata för att identifiera mönster, behov och mål. Efter det ska du skapa skräddarsydda kundplaner för att öka kundnytta, nöjdhet och kommersiell expansion. Du ansvarar även för kontraktsefterlevnad och etablering av C-level relationer.

Krav och förutsättningar
För att lyckas i denna roll krävs en gedigen bakgrund inom account management, specifikt inom mjukvaru- eller SaaS-lösningar. Du ska vara analytisk, datadriven och strukturerad. Du bör även ha goda kommunikationsfärdigheter. Dessutom bör du kunna jobba både strategiskt och operativt.
