About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Stockholm. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client-driven activities such as resolving technical issues, conducting business reviews, and presenting our product portfolio.
  • Working closely with internal teams to address system-related needs, handle contract renewals, upsells, and strategic planning.
  • Building long-term client relationships through regular reviews, feedback, and process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in direct client relationship roles like Account Management or Client Management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German.
  • A keen interest in technology and business services.

You will thrive in this role if you are a self-starter, able to work efficiently under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
