Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and close key target accounts.
  • Guide clients through complex sales cycles and craft tailored value propositions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and innovations to maintain market advantage.
  • Lead negotiations with potential new clients and successfully close contracts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in business development or account management, preferably targeting mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present yourself professionally to clients.
  • Fluency in German at a native or highly professional level, with good English skills.
  • No hesitation regarding temporary staffing, and ideally experience in this industry.
  • Strong relationships with potential clients built on empathy and openness.
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving business objectives and contributing to company success.
