The Role

As a Cybersecurity Account Executive at Truesec, you'll play a crucial role in driving new business acquisitions and managing relationships with key Enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and they're satisfied with Truesec's services.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Truesec's products and services.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
Your Potential Background

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven success as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A track record of building and maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • A solution-driven mindset and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) and skills in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Business-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Swedish and English.
