Requirements

Qualifications include a B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Intermediate with 10-12 years of BPO experience in F&A domains (P2P, O2C, R2R). Advanced MS Office skills, strong people management, and exposure to North American environments are essential. Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and win-win solution-finding abilities are required.
