Sales Operations Leader

We're on the hunt for an Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Kustom. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you'll be responsible for driving commercial processes, managing our CRM system, and developing robust sales cycle processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in SaaS business environments, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and driving growth. They'll also have a strong understanding of sales processes, commercial acumen, and technical proficiency in system integrations.

Key responsibilities will include leading and implementing sales operations processes, managing and optimizing our CRM system, building and maintaining Notion processes for the commercial team, driving pricing negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to implement technical integrations.
