About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst to join our Sales Operations team at MongoDB. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our Senior Sales Leaders, driving business growth through data analysis and strategic planning.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing business rules, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions. You will work closely with our Sales Leadership Teams to develop strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics. You should be an effective communicator who can break down complex concepts into simple language. Proficiency in SQL queries, spreadsheet manipulation, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker) is required.
