Job Summary

The Senior Sales Engineer will work with the Direct Sales and Alliance teams to provide technical support during the sales cycle for our relevant solutions within Sovos' Indirect Tax Technology Suite (ITTS). This role requires strong communication skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and the successful execution of complex sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a firm understanding of customer needs, pain points, and requirements around ITTS and align Sovos solutions to fulfill those needs
  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and clients
  • Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
  • Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
