Your Responsibilities

  • Set and monitor departmental sales targets to ensure teams meet and exceed their objectives.
  • Develop team leaders through coaching and continuous feedback, fostering a results-driven culture.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with experience leading leaders within a B2C sales organization, who can drive change with measurable results and excel at communicating effectively to motivate others. If you have good Swedish language skills and are fluent in English, we'd love to hear from you.
