About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Lead to join our Online Growth-team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing online sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing online sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  • Leading a team of professionals to execute online sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in online campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep experience in online sales development.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading teams in sales organizations.
  • A strong understanding of data-driven methods and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good command of Swedish and English, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate work with internal and external parties.
  • Experience in strategic and tactical campaign planning.
