
Online Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lead to join our Online Growth-team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving online sales and marketing efforts to achieve business goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing online campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Leading a team of professionals to achieve online sales targets.
- Maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in online campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Deep experience in online sales development.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience leading teams in sales organizations.
- A strong understanding of data-driven methods and workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of Swedish and English, both written and verbally.
- Ability to manage and coordinate work with internal and external parties.
- Experience in strategic and tactical campaign planning.
