Regional Sales Executive

Position Overview
As a key member of the Wind River sales organization, the Territory Account Manager will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships with clients in the Aerospace & Defense sector. This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and reports directly to the Head of Sales for the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with both existing and potential clients to understand their business and technical needs.
- Drive sales of Wind River's innovative solutions, professional services, and training offerings.
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and manage discovery meetings to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Review and negotiate complex sales contracts with clients.
- Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to effectively position Wind River solutions.
- Focus primarily on the Nordic region for new client acquisition and relationship building.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in embedded software sales and cloud infrastructure is advantageous.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish or other Nordic languages is a plus.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
