Procter & Gamble (P&G) is a premier FMCG organization with a portfolio of iconic brands including Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B, and Head & Shoulders. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for a field-based role within the Oral-B Oral Care Field Team.
Role Responsibilities
At Oral-B, we pride ourselves on our innovative, market-leading oral health care products that consistently satisfy consumers and challenge conventional thinking. As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager and promoting Usage & Recommendation among Dental Health Professionals in your designated area. Engaging with dental practices through face-to-face interactions, including product demonstrations, providing samples, hosting educational lunch meetings, and occasionally attending industry events (some overnight travel may be necessary). Becoming a knowledgeable resource on product information, preventive care, and clinical research. Assessing, monitoring, and enhancing P&G's visibility in dental offices.You will take on a leadership role from the outset, with the autonomy to shape the business strategy for your territory while contributing to broader regional objectives. Oral-B will offer you opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What We Seek:
A passion for customer service and sales, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills and a service-oriented mindset (experience in healthcare or dental fields is advantageous). The ability to work independently and strategize to meet targets in a rapidly changing environment, making informed decisions and prioritizing effectively. Frequent travel by car within the territory is required, necessitating excellent organizational and time management skills. A desire to learn and develop into a subject matter expert, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. Proficiency in digital tools is essential, with knowledge of Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, and Power BI being desirable. Strong presentation skills are crucial, as delivering educational content to larger audiences is a key aspect of the role. A valid driving license is required. Fluent communication skills in both oral and written Swedish are necessary, along with good English communication skills.
