About the Role

Fiftytwo A/S is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive & Partner Manager to drive growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships in Sweden and the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with local prospects, building mutually beneficial relationships, and developing and implementing partnership strategies to enhance revenue growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with enterprise and mid-size customers in Sweden to boost sales and revenue.
  • Develop and nurture key partnerships with stakeholders, including lead generators and resellers, to expand market reach and facilitate the reselling of the Fiftytwo ViKING POS solution.
  • Create and manage lead channels to support partner sales efforts throughout the Nordic region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate deals, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Strong background in strategic direct enterprise sales and partner management.
  • Experience in the retail technology sector is preferred.
  • Expertise in engaging with enterprise-level clients and C-level executives, as well as with other stakeholders.
  • Advanced networking and negotiation capabilities, with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships and secure favorable outcomes in complex deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English and another Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian).
  • Results-oriented approach with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to travel within the Nordic region.
