Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Solutions Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm, who will be part of this transformative journey and given great opportunities to shape the future of e-commerce logistics.

As a strategically oriented Solutions Sales Executive at Gordon Delivery, you will be focusing on growth and development of business strategies for the category of small and medium-sized customers in the Nordic region, primarily within E-commerce with food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the business in the strategic focus segments through active sales efforts, high market presence and efficient processes.
  • Design and implement business strategies for profitable growth.
  • Create and manage strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term cooperation potential and profitability.
  • Develop and package our full offering for long-term customer relationships, including pricing, contract structures and value-added services.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth implementation of new offers and solutions.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive situations to identify new business opportunities and guide the strategic direction of the company.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of business principles and ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
  • Proven success in creating and developing long-term customer relationships and driving sales growth, preferably in complex service sales.
  • Analytical skills, data-driven approach and experience in building business cases for profitable deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Academic degree in economics, business or similar is a plus.
