Your Role

The primary duties of the Sales Executive encompass identifying prospects, qualifying leads, selling, and securing new business from both existing and potential clients. The Sales Executive enables our clients to realize their full potential by comprehending their strategies, unique business objectives, and desired outcomes, thus driving revenue growth through dedicated sales initiatives aimed at addressing business challenges by showcasing the value of our solutions.

As a Sales Executive within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing a comprehensive 10-month learn-apply program that includes both classroom and field phases with your sales team, enhancing your support in this customer-facing role.
  • Engaging in multi-faceted, experiential learning that emphasizes digital transformation, global intelligence, interpersonal skills, business and technology knowledge, as well as strategic tools and processes.
  • Understanding how to create value throughout the customer lifecycle by promoting solution adoption and facilitating ongoing renewals that encourage account growth.
  • Receiving localized onboarding with practical training and mentorship from a Senior Sales Executive, allowing you to work both behind the scenes and directly with clients.

This program will deepen your understanding of SAP and the Customer Success board area, providing you with professional experience to prepare you for client engagement. We offer full-time employment from the outset, with practical applications for your role. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a direct customer-facing sales position in your market, continuing to receive mentorship and coaching to expedite your professional development.

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role with revenue targets within a technology firm or a position with significant exposure to business processes.
  • Diverse experiences: global exposure, leadership roles, entrepreneurial initiatives, volunteer work, arts, sports, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and the local language.
  • Proficient interpersonal abilities characterized by enthusiasm, curiosity, active listening, professionalism, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
  • Proven capability to collaborate across various stakeholders and business functions.
  • Solid business acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
