Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our SaaS customer management team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own customer portfolio, working independently, and collaborating with our existing customers to identify new business opportunities and grow our revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Management
    • Support existing customers in achieving their business objectives with our software solutions
    • Maintain regular contact with customers through phone and sales meetings
  • Business Development
    • Expand collaboration with existing customers by identifying new opportunities and use cases
    • Build long-term customer relationships and retain customers
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other colleagues to share expertise and collaborate on sales activities

Requirements

  • Communication Skills
    • Fluent communication skills in Swedish for effective dialogue with customers
  • Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers and provide inspiring value propositions
  • Education and Experience
    • Relevant higher education or acquired business knowledge to understand various organizations and stakeholders
  • Ownership and Targets
    • High ownership of daily sales work, working independently, and knowing sales numbers
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
