Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Land Sales team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve sales processes.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and team management.
- Deep understanding of the Nordic market and sales landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
